Imaginisce: Spring Themed Projects

This week we're showing off spring themed projects over at Imaginisce. I chose to use the Welcome Spring collection...

A Day in May

Supply List:
Imaginisce: Welcome Spring (Flying Colors, Hello Spring, Hop to it, Die Cut Tags, Butterfly Clear Acrylic Stamp, i-rock tool, i-top tool, 22 mm brad)
American Crafts: White Cardstock, Baker's Twine, Glitter Tape, Knock-Out Border Punch, Aqua Goodness Thickers

I love the bright and happy colors of the Welcome Spring collection!  I started this layout by matting a 4x6 photo on a 6x6 piece of cardstock, and topped it with my title. I then tucked a few different shaped tags/die cuts underneath for a little interest, and to hold my journaling. I used the clear acrylic butterfly stamp and the i-rock tool to make custom embellishments, along wtih the i-top tool for the brad.

Check out the Imaginisce blog all this week to see all of the inspiring spring themed projects!

Bella Blvd: What's New Wednesday

Today, we're sharing projects made with the newest collections over at the Bella Blvd Studio Blog. I chose to combine the Lucky Starz and Max collections with a couple of older lines...

Slugger

Supplies:Lucky Starz: Gulf Starz, Treasures & Text, Trinkets; Max: Shark Attack, Rock Star, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces; Freestyle Sophisticates: Freestyle Scallop; Flags: All American Icons; Birthday Girl: Miles of Smiles; Making the Team: Alpha+Bits, Miniatures

What I love most about the Bella products, is that you can mix and match collections to customize the theme of your projects. The possibilities are endless. Here, I paired up Lucky Starz and Max with a few older collections to create a baseball themed page. I love how it turned out!

Be sure to hop on over to Bella Blvd and check out the other great projects!

Bella Blvd: Friday Sketch

Today, we're sharing layouts inspired by our first sketch for March over at the Bella Blvd Studio Blog.  The sketch was created by Diana Fisher, and based off of a page from Jennifer Chapin.

Game Night
Supplies:Family Forever: Family Photo, Family Rules, Sunday Brunch, Paper Pieces, Candid Cards, Trinkets, Treasures & Text; Freestyle Sophisticates: Freestyle Gulf; Lucky Starz: Color Wheel High Five Alphas; Designer Tape: Yellow Chevron, Red Chevron

One of my favorite things from the new Family Forever collection is the Paper Pieces. Here, I used several of them for my circle elements. Using a journaling spot for one of my circles helped convert the sketch from 12x12 to 8.5x11. I also used 7 strips of paper instead of nine, and 8 circles instead of 11.

Be sure to stop by Bella Blvd to see 2 more pages inspired by the same sketch!
